The Association for Clinicians for the Underserved and the STAR2 Center

has posted the STAR² Center Burnout Bundle of resources, including tools, articles, and videos to help fight burnout in your CHC.


Washington Health Workforce Sentinel Network:

CHCs can access either “What is the Sentinel Network”, “Join the Sentinel Network” or “Sentinel Network Findings to Date”.  Under “Findings to Date” , CHCs can select by FQHC and by either round 1 or 2, or both rounds.  CHC results in Rounds 1 and 2 show the top four disciplines for  “Exceptionally long vacancies” as being RNs and MA’s, and for “Increased demand” show RNs, DAs, and Dentists.

  • STAR2 Center Recruitment and Retention Plan Candidate Tracking Sheet

If you don’t already have a Recruitment and Retention Plan or need to spruce up your current one, this is a good place to start.  All ACU/STAR2 Center Resources are free to CHCs.
