Mission: The North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN), a nonprofit, 501(c)3, federally-qualified community health center, provides high-quality, full-spectrum Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Oral Health services to meet the needs of The North Olympic Peninsula. NOHN provides safe, effective, patient-centered, continuously measured and improved health care to every patient regardless of age, gender, race, creed, national origin, insurance status or ability to pay.

North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. We are located in Port Angeles Washington on the north Olympic Peninsula, approximately 2 hours west of Seattle, and 90 minutes by ferry from Victoria, British Columbia. It is nestled between Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It is a place of incomparable beauty and limitless opportunity for outdoor activity including hiking, fishing, skiing, biking and has a thriving arts community.

Lead the development, implementation, and day to day management of all processes related to the following functions: accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, business and operational reporting and analysis, performance measures, decision support and related matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA/CPA or related credential and education strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in the role of senior financial executive with a comparable or larger sized organization, preferably in a health care related setting. Federally Qualified Health Center experience would be highly preferred.
• Substantial business experience and exposure within the health care industry.
• Substantial knowledge and expertise in all facets of finance, accounting, business planning, information systems and related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of financial and accounting systems and processes.
• Ability to provide leadership & establish commitment to the development and implementation of financial strategies, plans, policies and business initiatives.
• Demonstrate a high level of skill at building relationships and strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
