Job Description: You can make a difference! Unity Care NW is searching for a bright & ambitious Psychiatric RN to provide nursing care to patients of varying socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team in an outpatient community health center setting. Duties will include integrated medical/behavioral health counseling and care management. The goal of this position is to help improve recognition, treatment and management of medical conditions and psychosocial & behavioral problems in the enrolled population as well as work with patients to identify overall health goals and achieve behavior change to reduce challenges in life domains which impede the achievement of those stated goals.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN & 3 years’ experience as an RN in an inpatient or outpatient community psychiatric setting. Knowledge of the North Sound Behavioral Health Organization (BHO), motivational interviewing & an integrated behavioral health model is preferred, & a passion for working with diverse & underserved populations is a must! RNs with similar experiences in other settings are welcome to apply.
