Washington's Community, Migrant, Urban Indian and International Health Centers provide:

PRIMARY CARE SERVICES: General primary medical care, prenatal care, dental care, mental health treatment/counseling, substance abuse treatment/counseling, hearing screening, vision screening and pharmacy

PREVENTATIVE SERVICES: Pap smear, smoking cessation, HIV testing and counseling, diabetes screening, maternity support services, blood pressure monitoring, blood cholesterol screening and weight-reduction programs

WRAP-AROUND SERVICES: Outreach, case management, eligibility assistance, health education, interpretation/translation services and transportation

In 2017:

  • 1,092,000 patients were served
  • 16.38% of patients were uninsured
  • 58.89% of patients were enrolled in Medicaid
  • 50.16% of patients were at or below 100 % of the Federal Poverty Level
  • 26.04% of patients were best served in a language other than English
