Washington Community and Migrant Health Centers provide:

PRIMARY CARE SERVICES: General primary medical care, prenatal care, dental care, mental health treatment/counseling, substance abuse treatment/counseling, hearing screening, vision screening and pharmacy

PREVENTATIVE SERVICES: Pap smear, smoking cessation, HIV testing and counseling, diabetes screening, maternity support services, blood pressure monitoring, blood cholesterol screening and weight-reduction programs

WRAP-AROUND SERVICES: Outreach, case management, eligibility assistance, health education, interpretation/translation services and transportation

We serve:

  • 1,035,629 patients in 2016
  • 15.9% are uninsured
  • 60.7% are enrolled in Medicaid
  • 63.4% are at or below 100 % of the Federal Poverty Level
  • 55% of our patients are people of color
