2013 Legislative Summary

During the 2013 legislative session, WACMHC and CHNW focused their advocacy efforts on two primary legislative priorities: Securing the Full Medicaid Expansion to 138% FPL and Protecting Existing Health Care Safety Net Programs. A successful outcome resulted in no loss of coverage in the short-term and the promise of new coverage opportunities in 2014!
