This course is designed to address the wide range of pediatric conditions commonly seen in primary care. Attendees will receive clinical updates and useful management strategies for commonly seen conditions. Course content will be clinically oriented, informal, and, interactive, with illustrative case presentations and opportunities for questions and comments. 

At the end of the conference, attendees will be able to: • Recognize the most common types of pediatric genitourinary disorders. • Discuss common pediatric orthopedic problems that can be managed in primary care. • Describe the evaluation and treatment of common pediatric psychological conditions. • Summarize the initial assessment and management of status asthmaticus in children. • Appropriately treat the unique sports-related medical needs of children and teens. • Employ evidence-based practices aimed at reducing infectious diseases in childhood. • Describe medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose, and, throat diseases in children. • Diagnose and manage common pediatric skin disorders.
