Eric Griffith

Director of Finance & Operations

Eric facilitates all the Association’s financial activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations regarding grants, human resources, payroll, and reporting. He collaborates with leadership on contracts and budget preparation and monitors state and federal grants. Eric manages external audits and works to maintain low financial risk to the organization. He oversees all business contracts and employee benefits. Prior to his work at WACMHC, Eric worked as an accounting manager for a 3-county, 15-site Medicaid-funded behavioral health/chemical dependency organization with 400 employees. He holds an accounting degree and has 20 years’ experience in the field.
