Ashley Grant

Director of Training & Technical Assistance

Ashley monitors and supports Washington health centers’ efforts to deliver high quality care, improve access, and reduce health disparities. Her responsibilities include leading the development of WACMHC’s training and technical assistance (T/TA) programs in clinical and operational performance improvement and workforce development, and oversee staff who deliver direct T/TA to health centers. She facilitates dialogue, collaboration, and interdisciplinary learning among health centers, WACMHC, and other stakeholders critical to WACMHC’s mission. Ashley is also a part of WACMHC’s leadership team and offers input to guide overall organizational strategic action. In addition to her MPH in Global Health, Ashley brings international healthcare experience which includes work on behalf of the people of Ghana, Nicaragua and India. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert, and has experience in patient services for both primary and urgent care.
